• Pet Photographs: Images you upload for AI artwork generation are collected and stored.
• Purchases: Package selected, amount paid, and transaction metadata (full card details are never stored — Stripe handles all payment processing).
• Store Orders: Products added to cart, variant selections, and physical print orders placed through the Pet Legends Store.
• Shipping Address: Full name, phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and country when you place a physical print order.
• Image Feedback: Ratings and favorite/like/dislike interactions you submit on generated images.
• Referral & Ambassador Activity: Your referral code usage, who you referred, credits earned, and ambassador commission data if applicable.
• Support Communications: Content of any messages you send us via the support ticket system.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Features used, pages visited, actions taken, session duration.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address.

4. Referral and Ambassador Program Data

To operate the Refer a Friend and Ambassador programs, we collect and store referral codes, referred email addresses (to validate new user purchases), credits earned, sales made through ambassador links, and commission amounts. This data is used solely to operate these programs and calculate payouts. We do not share individual referral data with third parties outside of what is necessary to process payments.

• Generated Images: Retained for the duration of your account.
• Shipping Addresses & Store Orders: Retained for the duration of your account and up to 7 years for legal/tax compliance.
• Referral & Ambassador Data: Retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years for financial record-keeping.
• Usage Logs: Retained for 1 year.

10. Google Authentication and OAuth

Pet Legends PRO offers Google OAuth 2.0 as a login option. We receive only your email address, full name, and Google account ID from Google. We do not receive access to your contacts, calendar, or other Google data. You can revoke Pet Legends PRO's access at any time via myaccount.google.com.

11. Children's Privacy

Pet Legends PRO is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us at info@petlegends.online and we will delete it immediately.

12. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to these transfers. We implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data during international transfers.

Pet Legends PRO uses AI to generate artwork from your pet photographs. This automated processing does not produce decisions with significant legal effects on you. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models — we will never use your specific pet photographs to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

15. Updates to This Policy

Pet Legends PRO may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
