Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pet Legends PRO ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this Service. Pet Legends PRO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Pet Legends PRO is an AI-powered service that generates custom digital artwork based on pet photographs uploaded by users. The Service creates stylized, artistic representations of pets across a wide variety of visual styles. Generated images are provided as digital files. Additionally, through our integrated Store, users may order physical print-on-demand products (such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, canvases, posters, and more) featuring their AI-generated portraits, fulfilled by Printful. Quality of generated images may vary based on input photo quality and AI model capabilities.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Pet Legends PRO you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By registering, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

We authenticate users via email/password or Google OAuth. By using Google sign-in, you also agree to Google's terms and privacy policy. We do not store your Google password.

4. Packages and Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR (or your selected currency where applicable) and may be subject to applicable taxes. By proceeding to checkout, you authorize Pet Legends PRO to charge your payment method for the selected package amount.

Current packages:

• The Explorer — €9.99: 5 styles
• The Legend — €24.99: 20 styles
• The Dynasty — €49.99: All 196 styles

Prices are subject to change at any time. Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts. All sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Style Add-Ons (Upsells)

After completing a base package purchase, you may optionally purchase additional style packs to generate more images on top of your existing order. These upsell packages are add-on purchases processed through Stripe and are subject to the same payment and refund terms as base packages. Upsell images are generated for the same pet photo submitted in the original order and do not include additional bonus images unless explicitly stated.

6. Refer a Friend Program

Registered users can generate a unique referral link from their profile. When a new user signs up and completes a purchase using your referral link, you earn store credits equal to a percentage of the purchase value. Credits are automatically added to your account and can be applied toward future purchases on Pet Legends PRO.

• Referral credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn
• Credits are only awarded for new users making their first purchase
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in credit forfeiture and potential account suspension
• Pet Legends PRO reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time

7. Ambassador Program

Selected users may apply to join the Pet Legends PRO Ambassador Program. Ambassadors receive a unique referral/ambassador code and earn a cash commission (currently 40%) on each completed purchase made through their link.

• Commissions are tracked per sale and are paid out manually upon request
• Ambassador status is granted at the sole discretion of Pet Legends PRO
• Fraudulent sales, chargebacks, or refunds will result in commission reversal
• Pet Legends PRO reserves the right to change commission rates or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time with reasonable notice
• Ambassadors may not promote the Service in misleading, illegal, or harmful ways

8. My Profile and Account Features

Registered users have access to a personal profile area where they can view all their orders and generated images, mark favorite images, manage account settings, and access referral tools. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Pet Legends PRO is not liable for issues resulting from outdated account information.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All pet photographs you submit must be owned by you or you must have explicit permission from the copyright holder to submit them. You retain ownership of your uploaded photographs. By uploading, you grant Pet Legends PRO a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photo solely for artwork generation.

Generated images ("Generated Images") are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Use Generated Images for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Sell, redistribute, or relicense Generated Images to third parties
• Use Generated Images for competitive purposes against Pet Legends PRO
• Use Generated Images to train AI models
• Claim Generated Images were created by you or a third party

Pet Legends PRO retains all rights to its underlying AI technology, algorithms, and processes.

10. User Content and Representations

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the pet photograph or have obtained necessary permissions
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not contain malware, viruses, or harmful code
• The content is not obscene, defamatory, or offensive
• The photograph depicts a real pet and is not fabricated or AI-generated

Pet Legends PRO reserves the right to refuse service or remove content violating these terms.

11. Limitations of Service

Pet Legends PRO does not guarantee:

• That all generated images will meet your expectations
• Specific quality, resolution, or artistic merit of Generated Images
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That all pet photographs will be suitable for processing
• Specific timeframes for image generation completion

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PET LEGENDS PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS SERVICE. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF PET LEGENDS PRO FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE PACKAGE.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PET LEGENDS PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. No Refund Policy

In the rare event of a verified technical failure on our end that results in zero images being delivered, please contact us at info@petlegends.online with documentation. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a regeneration of your order as a goodwill gesture — this does not constitute an entitlement to a refund.

15. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights or laws
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Attempt to circumvent payment mechanisms or fraudulently obtain services
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk download Generated Images
• Abuse the referral or ambassador program through fraudulent means
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions or referral credits

16. Termination of Service

Pet Legends PRO reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive conduct. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases immediately and no refunds are issued. Referral credits and ambassador commissions are forfeited upon termination for cause.

17. Pet Legends Store and Print Products

The Pet Legends Store allows users to order physical products printed with their AI-generated pet portraits, fulfilled via Printful (a third-party print-on-demand service). By placing a store order you agree to the following:

• You must provide an accurate shipping address. Pet Legends PRO is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
• Store orders are separate from digital image packages and are processed and charged independently through Stripe.
• Physical products are subject to Printful's production and shipping timelines. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.
• Returns or exchanges for physical products are governed by Printful's return policy. Contact us at info@petlegends.online to initiate a return claim.
• All print products are custom-made to order and may not be eligible for return unless defective or damaged in transit.
• Prices displayed in the Store include a service margin and are subject to change without notice.

18. Third-Party Services

Pet Legends PRO integrates with Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Printful (print fulfillment), and AI providers (image generation). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Pet Legends PRO is not responsible for the actions or performance of third-party services.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. They do not limit your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.
